The Wise Monkeys are a 33 year old folk and Roots Collective Band currently led by JC Carroll- core members are JC. Accordian and Guitar- Elliet Mackrel - Violin and Didgeridoo ( Chris Jagger Band,Kangaroo Moon, Blue Midnight,) , Steve Grocott Guitar and Mandolin (the Drones) and Nick Cash, (the Member) Drums.

The Lead track is an autobiographical cajun Zydeco romp called “Vive le Rock”

Their music consists of original songs; tangos, Cajun Two steps And Waltzes; Murder Ballads and Celtic & European Jigs and Waltzes.

The Bands has had many lineups over the years and have lost a few Members on the way so they have finally decided to release an album of their work, this consists of a new 12 track Album of Current Material another album containing archive material is on the way.
